[Gastown] gt_request_changes API returning 500 blocks PR reviews #4143
Description
What happened?
gt_request_changes API returns 500 for PR reviews in katauser-infrastructure rig, blocking all review processing. Multiple gt:pr-feedback beads fail after 5 dispatch attempts with error 500. PR #2 has valid review comments from Gemini Code Assist that need addressing, but the system cannot spawn reviewers.

Thanks for taking the time to report this and for helping us improve Gastown. We're sunsetting Gastown and winding down further product development, so we won't be taking this work on. We're closing this issue to keep the backlog accurate. We appreciate the detail and effort that went into the report.
