WARNING: Changelog still has generated GitHub notes instead of user-facing release notes

This section looks like the raw Generated Notes from the prepare workflow. Recent JetBrains RCs (including 7.1.6-rc.1 below) rewrite these into marketplace-facing bullets.

Suggested edit:

  • Drop release(jetbrains): v7.1.6-rc.1 — that is the previous release PR, not a product change.
  • Rewrite the badge-icon fix as a user-facing Fixed item, e.g. keep Agent Manager worktree running-status badges without using internal IntelliJ APIs.
  • Rewrite the CLI pin as a Changed item, e.g. "Update the JetBrains plugin CLI pin to Kilo Core 7.5.6."
