SUGGESTION: Generated release notes include non-JetBrains changes

This section is the raw auto-generated commit list, so it also contains vscode, cli, and agent-manager entries plus release-cycle PRs (release(jetbrains): v7.1.8-rc.1, release(jetbrains): v7.1.8-rc.2). Previous sections (for example 7.1.8-rc.2) are filtered, human-readable JetBrains notes. Consider filtering this to user-facing JetBrains changes before merging, as the PR body already calls out.

SUGGESTION: Duplicate entry for the Windows CLI signing feature

The same feature is listed here for #14462 and again on line 547 for #14543. #14462 was reverted (#14541, shown under Changed) and re-landed as #14543, so listing both under Added (plus the revert under Changed) is redundant. Consider dropping the #14462 entry.

SUGGESTION

File Line Issue
packages/kilo-jetbrains/CHANGELOG.md 539 Generated 7.1.8 section is the raw commit list (vscode/cli/agent-manager entries and release-cycle PRs); prior sections are filtered, human-readable JetBrains notes.
packages/kilo-jetbrains/CHANGELOG.md 543 Windows CLI signing feature listed twice (#14462 and #14543); #14462 was reverted and re-landed as #14543.
