SUGGESTION: This reads as a build-tooling note rather than something JetBrains plugin users experience.

Pin the Bun runtime and types to 1.4.2 for reproducible builds is a repo-wide developer/build change. The published plugin changelog is user-facing, so consider dropping this bullet (or keeping it only if it changes installed behavior users would notice).
