Coordinator plan micro-PR. Documents the block marker form in
migration-tracking/plans/v2-host-strategy.md§5 and.kilo/skills/v2-feature-placement/SKILL.md(steps 4 and 5).#15259 found that the shared-patch counters recognize a block only when
startorendfollowskilocode_changedirectly (script/upstream/utils/shared.ts,utils/markers.ts). A block written askilocode_change(<feature>) startbreaks the count:check-shared-patchescounted 2 marked and 9 unmarked lines for theAGENTS.mdblock and failed. The fork conventions already record this. The strategy and the placement skill only showed the single-line tagged form, so an author who followed the skill could write a block that breaks the count.v2-host-strategy.md§5kilocode_change start - <feature>: <reason>...kilocode_change end, the reason, and where a<feature>:<id>done-proof goes inside a blockv2-feature-placement/SKILL.mdstep 4 (seam)v2-feature-placement/SKILL.mdstep 5 (patch)No rule changes; this documents what the tooling already requires. Checks:
bun script/upstream/progress.ts --checkreports the map is up to date. No Changeset.
