Adds initialization for the Thrustmaster T-GT II:
into its native b684 mode (switch value 0x0008)
the T300RS, but reports a bcdDevice of 0x0700, so actual T300RSes are
declined. T-GT IIs are bounced into the bootloader (0x0001), from
where the flow above boots them into their native mode.
Based on the tspc branch, which is what hid-tmff2 currently pins as its
submodule.
