Adds initialization for the Thrustmaster T-GT II:

  • new wheel table entry (model 0x05, attachment 0x08) booting the wheel
into its native b684 mode (switch value 0x0008)
  • the b66d compat mode is also claimed: the T-GT II shares the id with
the T300RS, but reports a bcdDevice of 0x0700, so actual T300RSes are
declined. T-GT IIs are bounced into the bootloader (0x0001), from
where the flow above boots them into their native mode.

Based on the tspc branch, which is what hid-tmff2 currently pins as its
submodule.

Companion of Kimplul/hid-tmff2#215.

Thank you very much. Yeah, tspc is currently the 'active' branch, did some experiments that turned out alright and never merged them properly. I'll merge this and look into cleaning things up later, the README is a bit of a mess as well ATM, hah.

Thrustmaster just does not stop being weird with IDs, huh? :)
