Summary

Closes #37. Fulfills the kinlock-sdk slice of Roadmap row W-04 (Phase 0 Foundations, Priority P0).

This PR verifies the contributor setup experience from a clean machine/checkout and brings documentation into strict parity with reality:

• First 15 minutes: Added a dedicated quick-start section covering prerequisites (Node 20+, pnpm 10), workspace dependency installation, root test execution, builds, and local indexer commands.
• Accurate Test Counts: Corrected the test counts in README.md from 8 SDK / 5 indexer to 15 test files (9 in @kinlock/sdk, 6 in @kinlock/indexer) and documented 165 total passing tests against in-process PGlite (no external Postgres needed).
• Workspace Root Execution: Clarified that tests execute from the workspace root via Vitest, as individual packages do not declare standalone test scripts.
• ROADMAP.md: Added Changelog entry. Left W-04 as TODO per issue instructions (completes only when all repos pass).

Measured Clean-Machine Metrics

• Clone-to-green time: < 1 minute (local clean execution: pnpm test completed in 2.40s).
• All prerequisites and commands verified:
