Summary

Adds a new README section, "Enforcing LoreMCP usage across a team," with a copy-pasteable CLAUDE.md block.

Why

A single developer remembering to prompt their agent to use LoreMCP doesn't scale — it's fragile across onboarding, busy weeks, or different agents. CLAUDE.md is read automatically at the start of every Claude Code session in a repo, so a team lead or devops manager pasting this block once means every developer's agent picks up the list_concerns → resolve_concern → query_context workflow without needing a per-prompt reminder.

Note

This was originally committed to the feature/list-concerns branch, but that PR (#3) was merged before this commit landed, so it never reached main. This PR cherry-picks it cleanly onto current main.

Test plan

  • 442/442 tests passing (docs-only change, verified no regression)

A single developer remembering to prompt their agent doesn't scale
across a team. Adds a copy-pasteable CLAUDE.md block so a team lead can
enforce the list_concerns -> resolve_concern -> query_context workflow
for every agent session in the repo, not just one developer's habit.
