[Frontend] Add visual feedback tooltip and temporary checkmark to Address Copy button #1483
Description
Overview
When users click the copy icon next to a Stellar address or Stream ID in the dashboard, there is no immediate visual confirmation (e.g. tooltip reading "Copied!" or temporary transition to a green checkmark icon).
Problem
- Users repeatedly click the copy button wondering if clipboard copying succeeded.
- Inconsistent copy behavior across stream detail, dashboard headers, and modals.
Proposed Changes
- Create a reusable
<CopyButton text={address} label="Copy address" />component with a 2-second checkmark transition and tooltip. - Replace raw clipboard click handlers in
frontend/src/components/dashboard/with this unified component.
Acceptance Criteria
- Clicking copy changes icon to checkmark for 2 seconds.
- Tooltip updates from "Copy" to "Copied!".
- Keyboard accessible (focus + enter key).
