[Frontend] Add subtle tooltip warning in FiatEquivalent when token price feed is older than 5 minutes #1640
Description
Overview
frontend/src/components/FiatEquivalent.tsx renders the USD value of a token amount using useTokenPrice.ts, but gives no indication if the cached price quote is stale due to offline or rate-limited price APIs.
Problem
- Users viewing large stream values should know if the USD estimate is using a stale cached price rather than a fresh quote.
Proposed Changes
- Expose
lastUpdatedAtfromfrontend/src/hooks/useTokenPrice.ts. - In
FiatEquivalent.tsx, ifDate.now() - lastUpdatedAt > 5 * 60 * 1000, show an amber info indicator with a tooltip reading"Price estimate last updated X minutes ago".
Acceptance Criteria
- Fresh quotes (< 5 minutes old) render normally without warning icons.
- Stale quotes (> 5 minutes old) display a subtle indicator and accessible tooltip.
- Gracefully handles null/missing price data.
