[fix] Reset pause state before replaying rollback survivors #1703

Description:
Recomputation initializes pause fields from the current (reverted) row and CREATED resets only isActive. Rolling back a PAUSED event while retaining CREATED leaves the stream incorrectly paused; reverted pause duration can also survive.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Initialize reconstructible pause fields from a canonical baseline before replaying surviving events, instead of the reverted row.
- Verify rollback of PAUSED, RESUMED and repeated pause cycles restores isPaused, pausedAt and totalPausedDuration to their pre-reverted values.
Notes:
Executed recomputeStreamState with only CREATED surviving a PAUSED rollback; the output retained isPaused=true and pausedAt=20.
Audited commit: 649b6976a100fd964ce191428eef1faeb50aaa39. Closest prior issues reviewed: #1468. This report concerns the specific failure or uncovered test paths described above, rather than repeating the original feature request.
