…tarted Port the EmuSimuSidebar doc pages from restructure-docs onto stage: app-automation-on-emulators-simulators, build-ios-app-for-simulator-testing, and virtual-device-flutter-apps (plus their static/docs markdown mirrors). Wrap the EmuSimuSidebar entries in a bold "Getting Started" category (className: menu-bold), matching the sibling framework sidebars.
