What

Ports the Kane CLI exploration user guide (LambdaTest/kane-cli#217, merged) into the docs site: one new page, kane-cli-exploration, added to the Kane CLI sidebar as Exploration, right after the Assurance category.

Section Covers
Before you start, Your first exploration What you need, the first kane-cli explore run, the live view, detaching, finding the exploration id; every run takes its options again
Can it change my data? --policy read_only vs mutating (the default), --deny, --allow-post
An app behind a login --deps with --allow-domain, variables files, secrets in HyperExecute Secrets
An app on localhost or a private network Running through an LT tunnel: download, start, --tunnel-name
Keeping it in bounds Domains, deny list, --max-leases, built-in limits, parallel browsers, --focus, --local-orchestration
Watching, stopping, running again The map (explore view), runs and stop reasons, stop, re-run, exploring another site
The tests it designs Design jobs (explore context status/sync/on/off), blocked contexts, kane-cli context pull into a folder and running the tests
Exit codes, Troubleshooting Codes per mode, and the common errors with fixes

Adaptation notes

  • Links rewritten to site slugs (installation, authentication incl. the access-key anchor, variables & context, troubleshooting incl. the Chrome launch anchor, assurance, agent mode). The upstream Shared projects page has no docs-site counterpart, so that one link points at the page in the kane-cli repo.
  • LambdaTest in prose became <BrandName />; tunnel download URLs and commands are unchanged.
  • The upstream release-gating HTML comment was dropped (MDX does not accept HTML comments, and context pull has shipped).
  • Front matter (id/title/description/keywords/slug/canonical) and the JSON-LD breadcrumb follow the existing kane-cli-* pages; the upstream note box became a :::warning.
  • Only sidebars.js changed besides the new page.
  • Checked: sidebars.js loads, the page compiles with MDX v3, and every internal link and in-page anchor resolves.

Related PRs: #3826 (stage), #3827 (stage-mintlify).

Replaces the ASCII flow diagram at the top of the exploration page with
a coloured SVG in the style of the other kane-cli sketchnotes.

Ink outlines with colour as accents, a kane-cli terminal card, a browser
mock for the app, and a legend row, matching the other kane-cli
sketchnotes.

Replaces the sketchnote with a plain card diagram in the style of the
other docs diagrams (white cards, coloured top accent, sans-serif text),
showing the same flow as the original ASCII diagram.
