Adds the [0.1.17] - 2026-10-30 section for the release going out today (npm @testmuai/rook@0.1.17, v0.1.17). The release notes link to this file, which has no 0.1.17 section until this merges. The release pipeline no longer writes the CHANGELOG, so this is the manual step, as for 0.1.16 (#71).

  • run-concurrency-limit: a run executes at most as many scenarios at a time as the plan allows, and says so when --concurrency asks for more;
  • run-failure-analysis: the run page and failed or unverifiable results in the web app and rook ui show the run's failure clusters, with cause, remedy and files for a run made with --rca.
• Added: the same failure analysis, and Upgrade opening the plan checkout in place in the web app.
• Changed: the bundled Node.js runtime is 24.22.1 (October 2026 security release).
• Fixed: rook sync with NUL bytes or invalid Unicode in agent text, the CLI's credit balance after a trial starts, onboarding after /login in a TUI started signed out, the trial chip's day count, and no trial offer to an organization with sub-organizations.

prod-publish-cli for v0.1.17 was still running when this was opened; merge once npm serves 0.1.17. The 0.1.17 skill update (release-skill-pr) reads this section, so it runs after this merges. The --concurrency cap changes what a run prints, which the skill may need to mention.
