Welcome to the fig2fig wiki!

This code provides a graphical user interface (GUI) to help collate data from literature sources, and convert graphical 'figures' into numerical `figures' by inferring results from graphs. It is designed to run in a Jupyter notebook.

It is currently designed for lithium-sulfur (Li-S) battery specific articles, but the data entry fields will be updated to be more flexible in future.

The GUI has two components for data entry:

• Bibliography: for entering details of an article and the reported samples
• GraphScan: for inferring data reported in graphs
