- Add rust-toolchain.toml pinning Rust 1.82.0 + wasm32 target - Add scripts/build-verify.sh for deterministic builds with SHA-256 artifact hashing - Add scripts/deploy-testnet.sh with full deployment record capture - Add scripts/deploy-mainnet.sh with manual approval gate and credential isolation - Add scripts/verify-deployment.sh for independent artifact verification - Add .github/workflows/contracts-ci.yml with pinned-toolchain CI, full test suite, Testnet deploy job, and Mainnet deploy behind environment approval gate - Add contracts/artifacts/ and contracts/deployments/ directories - Update contracts/.gitignore to exclude WASM binaries, keep JSON records - Add docs/escrow-deployment-guide.md with full setup, deployment, and verification docs
