全局 lint 45 errors / 0 warnings → 0 / 0；三批总起点69/9，未放宽规则。新增29项测试。真实组件、provider、QueryClient和Axios回归覆盖迟到响应、会话切换/旧401、同用户重登录、匿名验证、通知/亲和草稿、标签真实refetch、损坏侧栏偏好、充值清空/前导零/小数、订阅旧会话响应、显式0/false与在途支付锁。缺陷路径在旧代码下复现后验证修复，既有UserInfo文本/DOM/零值测试完整保留。
16个支付/兑换/转账/续期/倍率应用函数经AST标准化与父提交相同，Tag与Sidebar提交函数及payload也不改；后端、SQL/schema、权限策略、Relay、依赖和资金结算保持。删除重复use-mobile.tsx，canonical .ts保留行为/版权；Git相似度将删除与已有新增文件显示为rename，53个changed files对应54个受控原始路径。
保留中间TS参数错误、console lint错误、fixture错误、测试通知未落地导致的早期假阴性，以及旧时钟探针超时/OOM记录；最终通过不证明Windows历史稳定性问题永久解决。未改变5秒期限、测试内部并发或系统配置。
同一最终源码的两次Windows全量运行曾分别遇到未修改的定价用例5085.18ms超时，以及标签测试5294.28ms超时后下一项断言失败；两文件与父提交/修复前HEAD逐字节一致，单独复测分别26/0、2/0。保留原始失败日志，根因未定；停止并行扫描后完整full再次通过575/0/43，不能据此宣称超时问题已根治。
修复 4 的冻结检查另记录了未修改 SmartOps alerts 与 user-status-batch 用例的偶发超时/异步环境错误；各自单独复测或精确用例复测通过，最终无并行扫描的完整 full 为576/0/43。失败日志、基线哈希和限制保留在本地台账，不改变5秒期限、测试内部并发或系统配置。
对照New API固定718a4e7f9751c5bf1958747cd0c2c895e2b937d4实际blob和认证调用路径，按MAX现有契约独立实现，未移植token/refresh/proof架构、插件、模块或依赖。风险checklist无当前启用caller、空endpoint=/api/pricing两条意见已有代码证据并获撤回；不为假设场景改兼容行为。真实MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis故障、渠道/支付/OAuth、浏览器人工/E2E、race、掉电和旧用户库未验证。当前HEAD CI、full覆盖和稳定观察另行确认；不代表pre4整体验收，未合并或发布。
