58-65: Preserve the context failure reason for unread batches.
ctx.Err() can be set before a batch starts. In that case, the loop breaks while failureReason is still projection_budget_exceeded. The unread channels are then labeled as excluded by the budget, but the real cause was a deadline or a caller cancellation. A previous review already reported this issue.

The recovery-mode constants match the frontend enum values.
monitor_setting.go defines all four constants with the exact values accepted by the frontend schema. A safeParse failure from mismatched recovery-mode strings cannot occur.
Channel lists show configured and effective priority, along with runtime routing status such as timeout penalties, paused channels, and recovery details.
Tag rows summarize child-channel priorities and routing status, including counts and notices when information is unavailable or priorities differ.
Channel priority editing remains available on mobile.
Channel routing details can be refreshed, with snapshot freshness and refresh status shown. Automatic refresh pauses during editing and dialogs.
Bug Fixes
Unavailable or unsupported runtime data is identified as unknown rather than displayed as a misleading priority or status.
Editing a channel no longer loses an in-progress draft when details refresh.
Channel read responses now include runtime routing-health views derived from Redis state. The frontend validates and aggregates snapshots, refreshes observations, and displays effective priority, runtime status, and recovery details for channels and tag rows.
Changes: Channel routing health
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Define and read runtime health state dto/channel_routing_health.go, pkg/channelhealth/runtime_display.go, pkg/channelhealth/runtime_display_test.go
A JSON DTO defines health snapshots. A strict Redis reader validates runtime state and reports per-channel validation errors. Tests cover malformed state, Redis errors, and cancellation.
Project runtime state into health views service/channel_routing_health_view.go, service/channel_routing_health_view_test.go
The view builder applies monitor settings, batches and caps Redis reads, and projects runtime state into health views. Tests cover policy combinations, projection states, unavailable reads, and batch limits.
Attach views to channel read responses controller/channel.go, controller/channel_routing_health_test.go
List, search, and detail responses pass channel records through the view builder. Tests cover read-only behavior, Redis failures, and update requests that include health fields.
Validate snapshots and summarize tag rows web/default/src/features/channels/types.ts, web/default/src/features/channels/lib/channel-routing-health.ts, web/default/src/features/channels/lib/channel-utils.ts, web/default/src/features/channels/lib/channel-routing-health.test.ts
The frontend validates snapshots and summarizes tag health. Tag rows do not inherit child snapshots and use null when child priorities differ. Tests cover parsing, aggregation, and edit payloads.
Channel reads attach request-order and receipt-time metadata. Refresh runs on intervals, foreground events, and recovery deadlines. Dialog and edit locks pause refresh; configuration changes invalidate list, detail, and runtime queries.
Display health and configured priority web/default/src/features/channels/components/channel-routing-health.tsx, web/default/src/features/channels/components/channel-routing-health-card.tsx, web/default/src/features/channels/components/channels-columns.tsx, web/default/src/features/channels/components/drawers/channel-mutate-drawer.tsx, web/default/src/features/channels/components/numeric-spinner-input.tsx, web/default/src/features/channels/components/channel-routing-health.runtime.test.tsx, web/default/src/i18n/locales/*.json
The table separates configured and effective priority. Health displays show channel status, aggregate counts, recovery details, and unavailable states. The drawer loads channel details before initializing edits and includes a routing-health card. Locale files and runtime tests cover the displays and interactions.

Merge Risk: Low · up to 2d2ad
When a Redis read times out or is canceled, the API can label unread channels as having exceeded the projection budget. This is a minor diagnostic inaccuracy. Channels still show as unknown, so routing display is unaffected and the change is mergeable with this noted for follow-up.

114-117: 🎯 Functional Correctness
The claim that the runtime can persist a last_timeout_mode value outside streaming and non_streaming is contradicted by the inspected source. Within pkg/channelhealth, only the two RequestMode constants reach the persisted field.
The only runtime write to state.LastTimeoutMode is state.LastTimeoutMode = mode in EvaluateTimeoutGuard. That mode comes from normalizeMode, which returns one of the two constants for any input. The only other write is the decode path, which passes the stored value through normalizeRuntimeTimeoutMode and yields a constant or "". The encoder writes the field unchanged, so the persisted value is "", a constant, or a value already normalized on decode. The strict validator accepts all of these.
The combined value appears in the code only as a timeout-count and sample-count bucket key. It never reaches LastTimeoutMode. The "unknown" case in runtime_display_test.go is an intentional rejection test, not evidence of a runtime-written value.
No inspected source in the package shows a writer that could store another value. A legacy-value path cannot be ruled out from this checkout alone, because the checkout does not show Redis data written by earlier code versions. That gap does not support the claimed runtime behavior.

Preserve the context failure reason for unread batches.
When ctx.Err() is set before a batch starts, the loop breaks while failureReason remains projection_budget_exceeded. This mislabels unread channels as budget-excluded channels. The branch can represent either a deadline or caller cancellation, so use separate reasons.
The frontend currently accepts unavailable_reason as an arbitrary string and displays only Runtime state unavailable, so no reason-mapping change is required.

Update the context-error branch in the batch loop to set failureReason to
“redis_read_timeout” for deadline expiration and “context_canceled” for caller
