Summary
Add read-only EVM deployment preflight checks for chain ID, deployer, balance, nonce, allowlisted dependencies, and deployed contract code.
Harden chain-scoped contract approvals with address validation and isolated allowlist support.
Add redacted, time-bounded incident evidence exports with integrity verification and required export attribution.
Document deployment, incident evidence, and operational compliance controls; add focused CI coverage.
Verification
Focused Jest suites: 58 tests passed across six suites.
Hardhat contract boundary tests: 39 passed.
Local deployment preflight CLI smoke test passed.
