I build AI systems and software platforms, lead engineering teams, and translate business requirements into architecture and delivery decisions. My technical foundation spans FinTech, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and backend engineering.
I currently lead Agentic AI engineering at Tunoo, working with management, Product Owners and business stakeholders on insurance and telecom-related products in Germany.
- Applied and Agentic AI: LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, workflow integration and production observability.
- Architecture and delivery: solution design, platform modernization, technical risk assessment and phased implementation.
- Engineering leadership: team building, hiring, mentoring and aligning technical work with product needs.
- Technology decisions: choosing between custom development, third-party products and open source based on fit, delivery time, cost and long-term control.
- Tunoo: technical responsibility for the AI software delivered by the team, architecture direction, stakeholder collaboration and development of agentic product capabilities.
- Felesh (Arsha): former co-founder, Chairman of the Board and Solutions Architect. Helped build an AI services platform and contributed to client discovery, proposals, RFPs and delivery planning. The platform began with an open-source chat/RAG package and evolved through substantial custom engineering; upstream work remains attributable to its original authors.
- Rahkar / Saman Solutions: software engineering leadership in lending and banking integrations, followed by applied AI and LLM systems work.
- XaaS / Abalon: cloud-platform modernization, multi-datacenter architecture, provisioning, private-cloud implementation and technical leadership.
- IPAAM / Gardesh Pay: payment and merchant systems within the Tourism Bank ecosystem.
AI systems: RAG and vector search with LangChain and Milvus; production LLM observability with Langfuse. I approach AI as part of a complete software system, including data flows, APIs, reliability and maintainability.
Software and data: Python, FastAPI, Django REST Framework, asynchronous services, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and API integration.
Cloud and infrastructure: experience modernizing IaaS/PaaS platforms and working with Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, Linux, Prometheus and Grafana.
My teaching includes Irancell Academy, WECAMP course ownership and instruction, workshops and engineering mentoring. I adapt vocabulary, examples and technical depth for both technical and non-technical audiences.
