- changelog 补齐 1.3.16–1.3.19 与 WebUI 1.9.10–1.9.13
- bot-config：新增 [http]/[files]/[computer]/[desktop_pet] 段与 capabilities.files、 learning_blacklist、personality 备选人设、[agent] 外接 Planner；移除 image_parse_threshold、 [database]、webui.host/port、enable_paragraph_content、include_context_support； 上下文默认值 50/75；防抖与注意力漂移群聊/私聊分离
- 新页：桌宠、文件功能、人设库与导入、外接 Agent 连接（zh + en，含侧边栏）
- plugin 文档：api-reference 新增 internal_chat/personality/desktop_pet/files/web 五组能力， hooks 桌宠链（共 29 个 Hook）
- 部署与 API 页：WEBUI_HOST → HTTP_HOST、webui.host/port → http.host/port
