Tag and Release extracts the notes from a `## [X.Y.Z]` section and fails without one, so Unreleased becomes 1.1.0 dated 2026-10-29, with a fresh empty Unreleased above it and the link block pointing at v1.1.0. The version is a minor: no public or protected symbol changed since 1.0.0, and the SDK review rules give a non-breaking change the next minor, as #114 declared. The Fixed entry for #111 comes back: it was dropped from Unreleased by mistake just before #114 merged. A Changed line records the move of the Microsoft.Extensions.* dependencies from 10.0.11 to 10.0.14.
