Closes #3

Summary

  • Adds docs/faq.md, a short self-hosting FAQ. It covers: operators must check pharmacy sites' terms of service and applicable law; SKIP_PLAYWRIGHT=1 for lightweight local/dev use (skips the Tata 1mg and Apollo Playwright scrapers, while the HTTPX scrapers stay active); caching, and not looping refresh=1; and that this is not medical advice, pointing to NOTICE.
  • Links it from the table in docs/README.md.
  • New self-hosters kept missing the ToS warning in README and NOTICE. The wording makes no legal claims beyond what NOTICE already says.

Test plan

  • Manual: checked the SKIP_PLAYWRIGHT and refresh=1 descriptions against the backend code, and the relative links to ../NOTICE and faq.md.
  • Docs-only change, so the backend, web and mobile checks do not apply.

Notes

  • No API contract change.
  • No secrets in this PR.
