local-scanner.ts loaded ignore through createRequire(import.meta.url), which the runtime bundler cannot follow. ignore was neither bundled nor copied as an external package, so the packaged Memory server crashed on startup with: Cannot find module 'ignore'. better-sqlite3 13 ships N-API prebuilds under prebuilds/<platform>-<arch>.node and no longer produces build/Release/better_sqlite3.node, so verifyRuntimeDependencies failed with "better-sqlite3 native module is missing" for every target. f1943516changes rename the managed Agent integration to product-neutral environment variables, authentication headers, request and health fields, and descendant-path authorization. The new release-note commit documents the required integration migration; it changes documentation only and adds no legacy-protocol fallback.The repository's default Desktop launch uses Agent gateway/WebUI HTTP and WebSocket calls without explicitly enabling the managed-execution protocol. Standalone Agent operation also does not require these settings. Applications embedding the Agent in managed mode must update their integration together with the Agent. External application deployment/compatibility is not established by the repository's mock tests.
