After a complete Draft Release is generated, maintainers currently have to create main-to-maintenance synchronization PRs manually. This change seals a synchronization request after every asset has been uploaded and verified, then lets the existing cloud CodingAgent admit the request and repair conflicts or validation failures in the same task and PR.
The flow preserves human commits and the target version, and accepts validation only for the current head/base/generation. Later synchronization failures preserve the completed Draft. Repair rounds, lack of progress and elapsed time are bounded. PRs remain subject to independent review; the flow does not merge PRs or publish Releases automatically.
