make buildrunsstellar contract optimize --wasm $(WASM_DIR)/<name>.wasm. By default, stellar-cli generates<name>.optimized.wasmadjacent to the unoptimized build. Previously, thedeploy-escrow,deploy-milestones, anddeploy-maintenance-pooltargets deployed the unoptimized$(WASM_DIR)/mergefi_<name>.wasmfiles, incurring unnecessary on-chain transaction/storage footprint and risking size budget limits.Changes
