Upgrade the Foundation tooling cohort from 0.24.2 to 0.31.0 and align the scan app with its current UI source contract. The app already used Base UI Foundation primitives;
components.jsonnow declaresbase-nova, and the installed registry sources have been refreshed so all 56 files match Foundation's packaged manifest.This also updates the generated-type task graph required by conformance, pins the registry-compatible
cndependency, and fixes new lint errors from the current Foundation/Oxlint rules. Existing app styling and ownership advisories remain visible as warnings while errors stay blocking.Validation:
pnpm checkpasses on this branch and on the rebased stack tip (35 tasks, including conformance, UI check, UI integrity, types, tests, lint, and formatting). GitHub Quality passes on this PR.pnpm buildcompiles and type-checks locally, then/sitemap.xmlprerendering stops with Prisma P1000 because the local database credentials are rejected. Vercel preview fails earlier at@x402scan/scan-db#db:deploy: its Neon readiness probe exhausts 30 attempts. No Neon changes were made.
