Moves eleven transfer query functions onto the minimal
cachedQueryhelper. Redis shares results and coalesces cold reads across instances; the query owners retain their SQL, materialized-view access, pagination, and inferred result types.Results expire after 30 minutes. Keys include all query arguments, including pagination and explicit dates; default current times are resolved inside the computation. The old array/date-field/pagination configuration disappears from these callsites, and stats procedures pass query inputs without warming context. Queries run at request time under the component-level Suspense boundaries introduced below this PR.
Validation:
pnpm checkpasses independently at this layer. The complete application stack passes its production build. The separate disposable benchmark PR compares Redis, Next remote caching, and uncached reads.
