Enable Next's partial prefetching and use
rowLinkComponent={Link}directly for table rows in Discover, Facilitators, facilitator server lists, and Composer agents. Remove the three manual hover-prefetch handlers and the shared Next-link wrapper. Existing whole-row click areas, accessible names, tab order, and URL destinations remain intact.The row and destination types are inferred without explicit JSX generic arguments. Two URL builders are small typed helpers to preserve route patterns when passed alongside generic Next Link. The other two already used typed helpers.
The framework-neutral table API is installed in the earlier collection-adoption layer and published from https://github.com/Merit-Systems/foundation/pull/157. DataTable and ResponsiveCollection match the canonical registry exactly; their temporary integrity exceptions have been removed.
Validation:
pnpm checkpassed 35 tasks, including 255 app tests and UI contract/integrity with no deviations. Production build passed. Foundation checks passed 47 tasks plus clean-install smoke, including accepted/rejected typed destinations, and its docs build passed. Independent review found no actionable issues. Browser facilitator-row navigation passed; full server-list live data remains blocked by existing scan database credentials. The earlier integration was also verified in light/dark mode.
