Summary

#1029 deprecated PayAI's Solana fee payer CjNFTjvBhbJJd2B5ePPMHRLx1ELZpa8dwQgGL727eKww after 90 idle days, which
sets enabled: false in the transfer sync.

However, the address started settling again on 2026-08-14 and is the Solana mainnet
feePayer that https://facilitator.payai.network/supported returns today, so none of its traffic since then is indexed.

  • Since 2026-08-14: about 38k signatures. In the last 30 days: 21.9k successful transactions, almost all USDC
    transferChecked settlements (118 of a 120-tx sample).
  • 2wKupLR9…, the PayAI address that is still enabled, mostly settles for one merchant, so PayAI's other Solana sellers
are missing from the facilitator and seller stats.

This PR drops the flag, same as a345a1c for three.ws. The legacy sync resumes from the last indexed transfer for this
transaction_from (January 2026), so the gap backfills and the address keeps syncing. 8B5UKhwf… stays deprecated
(no activity since 2026-01-03 apart from one transaction on 08-14).

Reviewer note: the backfill is about 38k transfers, much larger than the ~4.1k in a345a1c. If the Bitquery offset
pagination 503s past ~10k results (fetchWithOffsetPagination keeps all pages in memory and only writes at the end),
the first runs may need a smaller window. Happy to adjust dateOfFirstTransaction or split the backfill if you prefer.

Disclosure: I work on PayAI.

Merit-Systems#1029 deprecated CjNFTjvB after 90 idle days, which sets enabled:false in
the transfer sync. The address resumed settling on 2026-08-14 and is the
Solana mainnet feePayer PayAI's /supported advertises today (about 38k
signatures since then), so none of that traffic is indexed. Dropping the
flag lets the per-address high-water mark (last indexed transfer in
January) backfill the gap and keep syncing, as in a345a1c.
