Tiny11 ISOs not matched by windows ISO config file

Tiny11 ISOs usually come out named just tiny11.iso or tiny11_25H2.iso.

Also, this project using filename matching irks me but I can't think of a better way to do it.

Edit: That commit was untested and it turns out it causes an error, I'll need to look closer at the devuan cfg to avoid grub trying to access the chunks that don't exist.
