Keep new instances on port 4455 and correct Japanese labels so the plugin covers the main Stream Deck OBS workflows.
The previous release already used 0.1.0, so this change set needs a new Stream Deck version.

Push scene and input catalogs while the Property Inspector is open, and paint dials through $B1 setFeedback.
Send $B1 setFeedback without SVG data URIs, and refresh open Property Inspector lists while they stay open.
…ayout. The manifest now nests TriggerDescription as Actions[].Encoder.TriggerDescription, and paint no longer calls setFeedbackLayout since $B1 is set in the manifest.
