Summary

• port Mineralogy 6.1.2 to Minecraft 26.3 and Forge 66.0.0
• retain all registry, NBT, configuration, OreSpawn-provider, migration, recipe, locale, guide, crude-oil, mining, furnace, relief, creative-tab, and legacy-world identities
• use released OreSpawn 4.0.16.2603001 and keep Mineralogy free of internal world generation

Target adaptations

• update recipe-unlock advancements, cooking recipes, conditions, item/registry APIs, semantic motion/fluid/ore tags, and pack formats for Minecraft 26.3
• preserve the 1,433-recipe native-rock/tuff/slab/cobblestone matrix and strict separation from native sulfur and cinnabar
• preserve all 18,192 pre-flattening mappings by writing legacy Name/Properties states before target data fixing
• carry synchronized native-family textures and module-safe Eclipse launches
• update README, changelog, guides, version matrix, pinned CI, CodeQL, wrapper validation, and guarded release metadata for 6.1.2.2603001
