Corrects the exposed top of snowy grass slabs to use the untinted snow texture while retaining the existing snowy side edges. Includes a resource regression test and updates the release candidate to 1.1.1.120061.\n\nLocal verification completed: unit tests, Forge GameTests, build, Javadocs, release artifact audit, Eclipse configuration verification, and two identical clean builds.
