The native Files fixture stopped polling after 240 seconds even though its observed first Turn completed successfully after 274 seconds. Match the bounded 300-second Turn wait already used by scripts/acceptance/acceptance.py. This changes one fixture polling deadline; SDK admission remains 240 seconds, raw HTTP remains 30 seconds, retries stay disabled, and every Files assertion remains intact.
Validation: 24 existing runner/schema tests and names/docs/CI hygiene passed after commit. The prior live attempt remains recorded as failed: it did not generate the second Project’s files or execute Files.list assertions. This change is not a latency/SLO claim or a completed live qualification.
