Session snapshots have Agent IDs even when no saved Agent resource exists. Clicking those IDs in Session facts or Agent metrics opened a resource page that returned 404. Both views now enable Agent navigation only for resources returned by the project's existing saved-Agent collection. Snapshot facts and Session filtering remain available, including after a saved Agent is deleted.

Validation: Web typecheck and production build; 383 Web unit tests; two browser regressions covering existing resources and missing/inline snapshots; fresh independent complete-diff review with no findings.
