feat(assets): support Etherfuse treasury assets

Adds the verified CETES, USTRY, and TESOURO registry entries to both wallet clients, selects the correct Stellar credit asset type from the code length for Horizon order-book queries, and covers the 4-, 5-, and 7-character cases plus issuer verification. SDK asset construction already selects the correct type for trustline and payment operations.

@Miracle656 I fixed the PR-specific wallet test failure and pushed 8e32305. The new Etherfuse assets use etherfuse.com for SEP-1 metadata, so I added that registered issuer origin to the wallet CSP allowlist. The remaining lockfile, mobile, and issuer-metadata E2E failures also occur on the base branch (79a973d). Please review this update and merge once those shared checks are green.
