feat(agent): report measured Stellar market activity

Adds a read-only Lens activity tool that ranks up to five watched pairs by measured 24-hour volume, attributes the figures to Lens and the measurement window, identifies every issued asset by issuer and verification status, and returns a clear outage message when Lens is unavailable. Includes focused tests for unverified assets and Lens failure.

@Miracle656 I fixed the PR-specific Agent typecheck failure and pushed f517c59. The afterEach hook now returns void instead of Jest’s object, addressing TS2322. The remaining lockfile and mobile failures also occur on the base branch (79a973d). Please review this update and merge once those shared checks are green.
