- Built a low-cost Arduino-based lab test rig to measure a 6 kVA single-cylinder diesel generator's performance and emissions across 5 fuel configurations (Diesel, B20 biodiesel, magnetic conditioning, nano-additives, H2 enrichment)
- Found that B20 + magnetic conditioning + nano-additives achieved 37.7% thermal efficiency, a ~10% improvement over baseline diesel (34.4%)
- Developed an interactive Chart.js + Three.js dashboard with a live-rotatable 3D single-cylinder engine model driven by real experimental variables (load power, biodiesel %, magnetic current, air speed, heating value)
- Includes a full Python analysis toolkit (Pandas, Matplotlib) reproducing all performance/emissions charts
