Prepare Release

• Check Jenkins
• Check make rpm
• Check make deb

Release

1. Version bump
   1. configure.ac
   2. .spec version and changelog
2. Tag new release in git
3. Create Tarballs ./autogen; ./configure; make tarballs

Post Release
