Timed Kurucz atmosphere extraction via stsynphot.catalog.grid_to_spec, with pysynphot Icat fallback when stsynphot is unavailable. Skips when PYSYN_CDBS is unset or grids fail to load so CI stays tolerant. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
