Dependabot here is dead, and has been for over two years.

The obvious fix would be repointing it at the current layout, but that isn't worth doing here. Every package reference in the template projects deliberately floats:

Package Version
MudBlazor 9.*
Microsoft.AspNetCore.*, Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.* 10.*
Extensions.MudBlazor.StaticInput 4.*
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Tasks *

That is the right design for a template repo — projects created with dotnet new resolve the newest matching release without the templates churning. It also means there is almost nothing for a bot to bump. The only thing a bot would meaningfully surface is a new major falling outside an existing range (9.* → 10.*), and that is a deliberate template decision, not a mechanical update.

So the config is removed rather than repaired. The repo stops advertising automated dependency management it doesn't actually have.

Dependabot has not opened a PR here since 2024-01-09. Its config targets
five directories under `/src/.template.base/`, a path that no longer exists
— `src/` now holds `mudblazor/`, `mudblazor-wasm/`, and the packaging
project. The config has been aimed at nothing since the repo was
restructured, and failed silently rather than erroring.

Rather than repoint it, remove it. The template projects deliberately float
their package versions (`9.*`, `10.*`, `4.*`, `*`) so that projects created
with `dotnet new` resolve the newest matching release, which leaves almost
nothing for a bot to bump. Dependency updates here will be handled manually.

Removing the config means the repo no longer advertises automated dependency
management it does not actually have.

Also deletes `mudblazor-auto-merge.yml`, which existed solely to auto-merge
Dependabot PRs. It ran on `pull_request_target` and required a
`BOT_AUTO_MERGE` PAT; with Dependabot gone it has nothing to act on. The
`BOT_AUTO_MERGE` secret can be revoked once this merges.
