feat(shadcn-lint): Solid only - messages say class, Solid README on npm - #25

Built-in messages say class instead of className in files that import Solid; React keeps className, custom messages stay as written. The npm page gets its own README (package-readme.md, a new file) with the Solid and Oxlint setup; upstream's README is untouched so subtree pulls do not conflict. Remove the Vue and Svelte readers, SFC parsing, the Base UI render prop,
forwardRef/memo default exports and the className attribute. Messages use
{{class}}. Tests and the project fixture are Solid.
