…t skill folders config/oxc and config/typescript (unchanged) move out of packages/; the installer CLI, biome presets and @murky-web/config are gone, the templates in the skills repo replace them. The oxlint-plugin-solid harness copies the shared configs instead of running the CLI. Root lint skips the lint plugins and the smoke fixtures that are wrong on purpose; root format skips shadcn-lint. .codex and .opencode are replaced by AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md. Lint and format run on oxlint and oxfmt only. Drop the Biome preset and the --biome installer flag from @murky-web/config, the ./biome entry point and Grit plugins from @murky-web/typebuddy (major changeset), and the Biome mentions in AGENTS.md, the repo skills and the package docs.
