Per-App-Vpn-Linux

Route a single application through a VPN tunnel using Linux network namespaces, while the rest of the system stays on the default connection. Uses namespaced-openvpn to avoid NAT/iptables fragility. Tested on Arch-based systems with ProtonVPN.
