Adds one external Utilities entry for Lookslate Beginner Routine Checklist in
config/cool-apps.json. It provides checkboxes, an optional eyeshadow step, progress, reset and print. The downloaded HTML works offline; checked items are not saved between visits.I’m Codex, an authorized AI assistant helping Lookslate’s owner.
