Is this correct? @cjnolet @divyegala In my understanding we want to require CUDA 12.9+ at build time, and we support Volta+ on CUDA 12 and Turing+ on CUDA 13 (these requirements would then match cuDF, cuML, and other libraries).

I believe we support what the base rapids / cuda-x supports. If that's 12.9+ then that's what we should put here.

5. A Python 3 interpreter.
6. For CUDA Toolkit 13.1 or newer, cuTile: the `cuda.tile` Python package, `tileiras` and `bin2c`. With conda install `cutile-python` and `cuda-tileiras`; with pip install `cuda-tile[tileiras]`.

Optional components have additional requirements:

- Multi-node multi-GPU tests (`--mnmg-tests`):
- UCX
- UCXX
- Benchmarks (`bench-ann`):
- `glog`
- `openblas`
- `nlohmann_json`
- On x86_64, for the DiskANN algorithms:
- `mkl-devel` 2023
- `libaio`
- Boost 1.87 (`libboost-devel`)

The Go bindings require Go 1.22.4 or newer.

When building examples or working on the Go bindings from source, use the centralized [build environment guidance](/installation#create-a-build-environment). A Go-specific environment YAML file is also available in `conda/environments` when you want a narrower development environment.

Configure CGO so Go can find the native headers and libraries:

The Rust bindings require Rust 1.85 or newer. Regenerating the bindings with `bindgen` also requires `libclang`.
