Production:

• CoDraw : Self-hostable real-time collaborative whiteboard. Diff-based real-time sync, room-based auth, optimistic concurrency. Built it because I wanted an Excalidraw I could self-host. Turborepo monorepo: TanStack Query + Bun HTTP/WebSocket. Read more.
• Modheshwari : Full-stack community management platform. I own the deploy pipeline here: hardened CI/CD rollback, fixed build-blocking type errors, automated Postgres backups on a 9-container Docker stack (Next.js + Bun/Elysia + Kafka + Redis + Neon) on EC2. Read more.
