Update local development and CI to Node 22.23.4 for the October security fixes. Keep .nvmrc limited to the Node version.
Fork PRs still build the documentation. Deployment runs only for pushes and PRs from this repository, where deployment secrets are available.
Validated with a frozen pnpm install, workspace build and actionlint.
