Summary
Adds test coverage for four frontend issues. Only test files are added, so the failing tests document the expected behavior that the features still need to implement.

jest-axechecks from F-106: Make DisputeModal and TransactionStatusModal accessible dialogs #1444 are not included. Adding it rewrote most ofpackage-lock.json, so the dialog tests assert the same ARIA contract with Testing Library.jest.config.jsandjest.config.tsconflict,jest.config.jsuses the misspelled keysetupFilesAfterFramework, andmsw/nodeis not resolvable.
